CLB The Community Bank is taking bids on September 7th, 2022 for the interior and exterior renovations on the existing building (formerly Panera Bread) at 4525 Ambassador Caffery Parkway, Lafayette, LA 70508. The work includes but not limited to the following:

  1. Earthwork and soil stabilization.
  2. Site work and grading.
  3. Onsite soil treatment.
  4. Concrete slab, piles and foundation.
  5. Steel frame structure.
  6. Fiber Cement lap siding
  7. Exterior painting
  8. Wood framing gypsum interior walls.
  9. Wood doors in hollow metal frames.
  10. Storefront exterior and interior glazing systems.
  11. Modifications to fire protection, plumbing and HVAC systems.
  12. Modifications to electrical, power and data systems & new Lighting.

The completion of this project shall be completed in 365 calendar days.
